Sleep Counseling
Postpartum sleep challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Sleep counseling provides gentle, personalized guidance to help your family get the rest you need without resorting to “cry it out” methods.
Maybe you're thinking
"My first baby slept so well—why not this one?"
"I'm worried I might do something harmful if I can't figure out sleep soon."
"I think I'm doing something wrong that's causing my baby not to sleep."
You’re not alone, and you came to the right place.
Whether you’re hoping to extend nighttime stretches, transition from the Snoo or bed-sharing to crib-sleeping, or establish a consistent nap and bedtime routine, we will co-create a plan that works for you.

We start with a 30 min intake to learn what’s up, what challenges you're facing and what sleep goals you have. Then I build out a sleep plan that meets you and your baby’s developmental and physiological needs. We hop on a 1hr zoom call to review the plan before implementation and then, for 2 weeks I’m on call for you to get support while you implement the plan. You’re in the driver’s seat with a clear map on how best to support your baby’s sleep.

Yes. Babies cry because it’s how they communicate BUT this is not a cry-it-out approach. A gentle sleep plan may involve some crying as they learn new skills and adapt to new sleep rhythms. We will talk through crying and include a section in our plan on crying so you’re prepared and know exactly how to support your baby.
